i've been using essential oils for about six years, and i've met tons of people who are brand loyal to the extreme and would never consider purchasing from a different essential oil company. i'm sure you've met those people, too. maybe you are one of those people! if you are, feel free to browse my content and ideas and apply them to your own essential oil experience using your specific brand. if you're just getting started learning about essential oils and holistic wellness or if you're open to trying a new brand, i want to recommend Plant Therapy. they offer every single oil you could imagine, blends for you, your kids, and your pets, and even cbd products! in a nutshell: i love that Plant Therapy makes essential oil use affordable, accessible, and family-friendly! i'm a frugal-minded mama, so i love that i can find all these essential oils in different quantities and for a reasonable price at Plant Therapy. below are some of my favorite essential oils to use. as plant therapy affiliate, i make a small commission if you purchase any of these products. if you do want to purchase something, i can email you a coupon code for $10 off your first order of $25. (I got 2 single oils and a roller for asa for $15.) FINALLY, let's get to the good stuff. eucalyptus is at the top of my list right now. it has a minty, woody scent and is a great diffuser staple. my favorite way to use eucalyptus: a couple of drops in the bathtub turn a regular shower into a spa-like experience. it mixes with the steam and rises, relaxing muscles with every breath! eucalyptus makes an incredible substitute for vicks when you've got a stuffy nose. dilute with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil and apply to your chest or right under your nose. it's even kid safe! you can add eucalyptus to household cleaners, since it has anti-fungal properties. mix 15 drops of eucalyptus with 2 teaspoons of fractionated coconut oil in a roller bottle, and use it on your temples or the back of your neck when you need a little stress relief or mental boost.
